Returns and Refunds Policy

General

All online purchases are final.

Online chemical sales must be returned within 24 hours of delivery for credit or exchange and must not be opened or damaged. To be eligible for chemical sales, all returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery of purchase. Returns and exchanges must not be opened or tampered with and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customers pay all return shipping charges.

Online sales of merchandise must be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange. To be eligible for merchandise sales, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customers pay all return shipping charges.

Original shipping, deliveries and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by Empire Pool & Patio Ltd. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be given as store credit.

Please note: Items that are special ordered from outside our area of service are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Return Shipping Instructions

Shipping instructions will be provided in the event an item needs to be shipped back. Ensure shipment is insured for full value of purchase and use original packaging. Warranties on Goods

Product warranties on merchandise purchased at Empire Pool & Patio Ltd. are provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty repairs or replacements will be processed based on the approval of the original manufacturer. Please call to discuss any shipping and handling costs before shipping your product back to Empire Pool & Patio Ltd.
