• Payment must be by credit card or other permitted payment methods. Empire Pool & Patio Ltd. does not collect your financial information. All payments are processed by our trusted third-party service provider. We reserve the right to change the permitted methods of payment at any time.
• If your order is improperly completed, not completed, or payment is not received, your order will not be accepted.

The following services are available on our Site:

• Inground Steel-wall and Fiberglass installation
• All types of pool service (residential, commercial and strata)
• Hot tubs repairs and service
• Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly maintenance
• Anti-slip safety surfacing installation
• All types of swimming pool repairs and maintenance

The services will be paid in full upon completion depending on service or job will require a deposit before we can start.

These terms and conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that are provided about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services provided. You agree to purchase goods and services from our site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Using PayPal, refunds charge you $0.33. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Making a Purchase

• You may only purchase or order items for personal, non-resale purposes.

When you purchase chemicals from our Site, the chemicals will be delivered through following methods unless out of stock

• Same-day Delivery: West Kelowna, Peachland and Westside Road
• 1–2 day Delivery: Summerland, Kelowna, Lake Country
• 2–3 day Delivery: Vernon or Penticton
• Shipping outside of area will take 5-10 business days

Delivery will take place as soon as possible, depending on the delivery area. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include statutory holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges for your area in addition to the prices of the chemicals or merchandise you purchase. Delivery charge is non-refundable.

If you purchase from us for delivery to a destination outside of our area. You are responsible for paying all fees or taxes. We are not responsible for the payment of the fees or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery of your chemicals

We accept refund requests for chemicals sold on our site for the following reasons.

• Chemical does not match what was purchased
• Chemicals must be unopened, sealed and not damaged

Refunds do not apply to the following for chemical or merchandise sale.

• Discount or sale item
• Broken, unsealed or tampered items

• We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give 48-hour notice. Otherwise, you are responsible for a $35.00 cancellation fee.
